Now, as part of the award-winning Ghanem Group, Byblós is set to reopen at Portside Wharf with a fresh, modern Lebanese concept. Inspired by a 2023 research trip to Lebanon, the Ghanem family is bringing new layers of depth to the Byblós menu, blending traditional Lebanese hospitality with contemporary flair.
