The Byblos Legacy Banquet

Byblós has been serving Lebanese hospitality in Brisbane since 2006. Two decades on, thousands of shared tables, and one thing hasn't changed: the food, the warmth, and the belief that no one should leave a Lebanese table hungry.

To celebrate, we're bringing back the dishes that started it all — the trio of dips, the mixed grill platter, and the original triangle rakakat — made the same way they always have been, and served for the table to share. Twenty years on, this is still what Byblos is about.
